One thing that I have really learned over the past few weeks is that customization is a really, really big industry no matter where you are and what you do. People like to be able to say that they have something that is original, like nothing else and is better than what other people have. I think that it is a great idea to pimp strollers for the well off class of buyers. I'm just wondering if it be able to thrive because of the price of it and the fact that not alot of people have that much to invest on just a stroller that will only be used a few times, unlike a car that can last for decades. People pay for customization, I just hope that the business model for this company is developed enough to the point where they don't lose money. Something like could be just a fad amoung the rich until something better comes along.

I think that this sounds cool but I think its a bit of a hazard... I think that children especially enfants should
have their parents of caretakers attention at all times not have them watching dvds or listing to their ipod while
their child is choking on something because they are distracted by all of the additional features Also I just think
that it looks wierd.

This may not be just about flaunting money, it could just be about the best. Look through rich people's views. They make millions a year. Drive a Lexus to work every day and 300,000 dollar sports cars on the weekends (Hank if your part of the Porsche club, you know those people). When it comes to their children, they only have one or two. So when they are shopping for strollers, won't it just be easier to spend a few thousand dollars on quality, just for piece of mind. 2500, is what nothing to these people.

However, I do have on question for the manufacturers. How easy is it to clean up baby puke from a leather interior?

I think it would be much more practical to make cheaper strollers, with less accessories, that more people could buy. I can see brightly colored strollers or ones with neat designs selling really well to the common person. $2500 on a stroller is really excessive, though. A parent should not need all the extra stuff on the stroller when they are carting around an infant, they should be paying attention to their child.

This stroller seems very excessive to me. Not only that, but I think it looks kind of ridiculous. Also, your kid who rides in a stroller is not old enough to appreciate that stuff. I really doubt that they get all excited when they are in it because it was based off of the designs for an airplane. I also think it's a little crazy how expensive they are. I would not pay that much for a stroller even if I was really rich.

I find it pathetic that this product may actually sell. Rich people are always trying to flaunt their money and the extremely egotistical ones would actually buy this stroller. It is just something for them to use to make them seem that much better. I personally think that a nice walmart stroller would do just as nicely and it would probably be much more portable as well. This is a good idea but I would try to focus more on a middle class market instead of the upper class. You would get much more business because not everyone wants to spend 2,500 on a stroller that their kid would outgrow in a couple years anyways. Maybe try putting a dvd player or a bluetooth in a regular stroller, its still overdoing it but it be much more marketable. Actually, I think id be pretty satisfied with a radio or an ipod in a stroller.

This is a creative idea that has a quite large, but defined target market. I can only imagine the topics on ET television involving 'pimped out strollers'. Personally, I don't concern myself with unmotorized forms of transportation that cost more than my car.

Babies are babies and I vision them throwing up on the nice cow hide or alligator skins, banging the nice paint job with their little toys, and parents being a little too concerned about the Roddler. I don't really like this idea, however if the companay did a feasability analysis then they would know if these things would be a major concern or not.

Boy o Boy do I love products like these...that can be marketed to the celebrities.....I belive that if this is marketed correctly it would make alot of money. Since you can custoize it, you can make it suit boys and girls. All you need to do is let one celebrity be seen pushing it and say it is the top of the line newest thing in infant science and the business will take off. The price can be inflated to what suits your prefence...This is a great new product to serve the silver spoon born of the next generation.

I kinda think this is just another sad example of the upper class flaunting their wealth. From the business point of view this a good market to tap. I give credit to the people who envisioned this, but as an everyday viewer I can't believe anyone would buy this other than as a status symbol.
