i can’t join it
i think it’s because my old facebook got suspended so my new one has an email that can’t join the purdue network, and so maybe they set it so only people in that network can join
This is a great way to network, and meet people that can help you out down the road….Just another reason why facebook rocks!

This is a great networking tool. I think that facebook is the perfect start.
Facebook is not the wave of the future. Myspace has and always will be with over 200 million members compared to Facebook’s 50 million? Facebook has constantly been stealing ideas from Myspace to help bring in more people. Myspace started out as a website for bands to get their name out, but has turned into an advertising empire. I don’t see nearly as much adverstising on Facebook as I do on Myspace. Although myspace does reach to many people.
