That video was down right hilarious! i’m glad to see that SNL has still got after all these years. in my opinion the only way that could of been any better is if Chris Farley was in it.
Politicians are so easy to make fun of. And it’s hilarious when you do!
SNL does a good job of mimicking the mannerisms and speech habits of the politicians. It just makes it even funnier when they do ridiculous things!
Yeah, I have to agree with Ritter, it was definitely hilarious. With the US in such a serious state, it is nice to get a few good laughs in. Although I do have to admit, I kind of felt bad for Gov. Palin in the real interview a few days ago because she was asked some pretty tough questions and it seemed like she was trying to cram a lot of info into a short answer. Course she got a lot of flack from it as expected. Some a little nastier than others. All-in-all though, its good to just sit back, relax, and have a good laugh.
I found this clip hilarious and I have to agree with tyler, that it’s good to see SNL still has its sense of humor.

The humor is greatly directed to Republican Vice Presidential candidate Gov. Sarah Palin. It is a satirical humor on Gov. Sarah Palin who really maybe like this in the real situation. Haha… It is really funny when she is asking to get out of the interview by trying to make phone call.. This video is hilarious and rich in humor.

That was pretty funny but SNL is really a bad show most of the time. It kinda relies on it’s guest host nowadays.
I saw this video a few days ago and found it absolutely hilarious. I am a political moderate that has not made up his mind on who to vote for yet. (That is what the debates are for right? I am really looking forward to the VP debates, especially after this video!) So, no, I am not in love with Obama and therefore find this hilarious, nor am I a staunch supporter of McCain/Palin and find this offensive. I know people will view this in that manner, and they seriously need to lighten up.
Best part of the video: “Forgive me Miss Palin, but it seems to me, when cornered you become increasingly adorable.”
Interesting thought, however, is that a large proportion of political humor such as this is directed towards Republicans. I sometimes wonder if Republicans lack a sense of humor, or if Democrats just have a lot of time on their hands.
I think SNL’s been pretty lame since the Millenium, but they’ve still got it made when it comes to political satire. They nailed the stereotypical aspects that Palin is criticized for.
That video was absolutely hilarious. The one thing that has never been questioned with SNL is the fact that they are very good at making the the public and media’s perception of political figures and using it very effectively in satire and humor. This is one of SNL’s very funniest political satires ever

This was by far the best blog so far! I love it! I think it’s great when people can take a break from all the serious political campaigns and interviews and show a lighter side! SNL is great at poking fun at politicians. HILARIOUS
Tina Fey does do a dead-on Sarah Palin. SNL is holding true to their tradition of looking at the lighter side of politics.
I thought it was very funny and Palin will be continued to be made fun of as the election gets closer and closer.
SNL used to be really funny, now it’s just ok. Palin is a joke in my opinion and making fun of her especially on SNL should be cake. Tina Fey is awesome.
That was very funny, and it makes Palin and the McCain look pretty stupid. Palin is somewhat like the president of Purdue in the way she talks and acts; adorable and intelligent in some ways. Great video.
it’s nice to see snl do something that really applies to the now. i just think it is really funny how everyone keeps ripping on sarah palin. people are really taking the fact that she is a woman way out of control and blaming it on other reasons such as her family and what not.
