I am boycotting hulu.

Granted it was the content providers doing, Im still pissed. Now my AppleTV can’t do what I really wanted it to do!

Even if today Hulu doesn’t have a large market share, i am confident that looking at it’s business model, it’s going to gain a bigger share in near future, if they keep on updating their business model as per this week’s chapter..

Does Hulu not have all the pirated content Youtube does? Why does Youtube have to pay so much to content producers, but Hulu doesn’t?

The difference is that Hulu’s content isn’t pirated, it’s legal and provided by the content producers (not uploaded by users). They pay for this by inserting periodic commercials into the full tv episodes and movies.
